Federico's Jewelry hopes our customers love everything they purchase with us but we understand sometimes things don't always work out; be sure to read through our details regarding returns and shipping and should you have any questions feel free to drop us a line in the form provided.

Orders
Return Policy
All sales are final sale. We do not accept order cancelations. We do not process refunds to the original method of payment. Exchanges are available only if there is a noticeable defect in the product not previously disclosed in the item's product page on this website or our social media accounts. Client must notify Federico's Jewelry of any defect within three (3) days of item being delivered to client. To be eligible for an exchange, please submit your order details along with any accompanying images in the form provided and someone will respond right away.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the item(s) were intentionally damaged or misused.
All special orders as any one-of-a-kind item are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

Jewelry Repairs or Alterations
If you find a piece purchased required repair or you would like a chain extended, ring resized or other alteration to the jewelry item(s) please submit your request in the form provided and someone in our customer support office will follow up with you right away and explain what can be done and the processes.

Shipping
All items that are "in stock" will be shipped within 2-4 business days unless otherwise stated on the item product page. All jewelry pieces are shipped USPS or UPS and will not require signature upon delivery, unless you release signature requirement by stating in comments on the check out page. Any piece purchased over $500.00 USD will offer insurance and that fee will be an option with your purchase.
Federico's Jewelry is not responsible for the damage or loss of any package in which signature requirement has been released. We are not liable for lost shipments when tracking indicates it has been received by the shipping company. The designer is not responsible for delayed delivery of packages due to the recipient not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to the unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company.
If your package is sent back to our offices for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.

International Shipping
All orders designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"), The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. Prices and shipping fees do not include import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes ("VAT"), tariffs, and other fees that may be levied by the destination country. We are not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes and is not responsible for delayed delivery of packages due to customers issues with shipping internationally. If package is marked unclaimed or refused by recipient, the shopper is responsible for all shipping costs.
We do not offer free shipping outside of the U.S.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is collected on all orders shipped within California.
